Pigeon Point

Somewhere on Highway 1 in California between Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay sits a lonely lighthouse.

There’s a tiny parking lot, and an old, aging hostel that hosts a few people on the weekends, but one never sees more than a handful of people in the area.

So it stands nearly alone, it’s light has gone out, and silently contemplates years gone by.
